2025 SOUTH RANGE DIRTBAG FALL CLASSIC

ADULT CO-ED SOFTBALL BENEFIT EVENT TO BE HELD OCTOBER 11 TO HELP SUPPORT SAM WENGER

We will be holding a co-ed softball event on October 11th to benefit Sam Wenger. He is the father of one of our players and has been a manager, coach, and dedicated volunteer for several seasons and has recently been diagnosed with dysautonomia and has been dealing with a whole host of serious health complications including being unable to walk. We want to make this as successful as possible. He and his family need our help.

Gather your teams and get ready to have some fun and help support Sam and his family.

You’ll be able to register as a team or individually. The cost is $300 per team or $30 per person. This includes a T-Shirt jersey. Teams will be scheduled 2 games with a start time between noon and 6:00. Times may vary depending on the number of teams we get. We will do what we can to make the times work for everyone. All proceeds will directly benefit Sam Wenger and his family.

*Players must be 18+.
*Teams must have a minimum of 4 women in the field while on defense so make sure your team has at least 4 women on it.
*If you are registering as an individual, we will place you on a team.
*If you’re not into playing but still want to help, we will have plenty of volunteer opportunities available from concessions to 50/50 sales. Please reach out if you’d like to help.

PITCH HIT & RUN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS

CONGRATULATIONS to Lincoln Slagle, Ellie Nicholson, and Vincenzo Magazzine!!! They came in first place in thier divisions at the MLB Pitch Hit & Run Team Championships in Pittsburgh.

All of our local winners qualified for the MLB Pitch Hit & Run Pittsburgh Pirates Team Championships at PNC Park. That is a huge accomplishment!! Pictured are our South Range competitors who were able to travel to PNC Park for the next level of competition.

FALL BASEBALL and SOFTBALL

FALL BALL REGISTRATION OPENS JULY 13th

Fall Baseball and Softball will be offered for players whose playing age for next spring will be 5-14. Our fall programs are development based with the purpose of preparing players for the following spring season. If you have any questions about how our fall programs work, feel free to email us at President@mysrba.com.

Fall baseball and softball games will begin in Sept and run through the end of October. Games are typically on Saturdays or Sundays but may vary depending on player availability. We try to be as flexible as we can to work around other fall sports so that kids can compete in both. The cost will be $55 for all players. This includes a new jersey.
